A School Improvement Plan (SIP) or School Development Plan (SDP) is a central document used by Senior Leadership teams to map out their strategic plans for the development of their school.

SMART Goal for Student learning in literacy

By Spring of 2024, the number of North students’ overall  proficiency (at or above 40%ile) in Literacy as measured by FastBridge and MAP, will  increase by 10%.

In Spring 2023, 63% of students were proficient in FastBridge and 44.3% of students were proficient in MAP

In Spring 2023, 68 % of students were proficient in FasBridge and 49% of students were proficient in MAP

North staff will score a 2 on the Tiered Fidelity Inventory in the area of Discipline Policies by Spring 2023.
